The fastest and most effective way of sending and receiving documents is electronically as a Microsoft Word attachment emailed to spanisheditingservices@gmail.com. In addition, the following information should be included:
1. Name and email address of the person submitting the document(s). If the translated / edited / proofread documents need to be mailed back, please include your complete address and telephone. If you needed your document faxed back to you, please include your telephone and fax numbers.
2. A second email address to make sure you receive the edited document – there have been problems due to some customers’ email addresses.
3. Other pertinent information we should know to translate / proofread your document to your satisfaction: explicit purpose or goals, target audience, etc.
4. For students: school, course, and professor.
Submission Steps
- Spanish Editing Services receives your document(s).
- We send you a quote and delivery time.
- You accept our quote and delivery time.
- We send you an email with payment information.
- You make the payment via PayPal or money order.
- We receive the payment and translate, edit or proofread your document(s).
- We email you your document(s).
